Delete your GPAfleet account

You can ask at any time for your account and the data linked to it to be deleted, on any of our systems (s1.gpa.al, s2.gpa.al or s3.gpa.al).

How to request it

In the app: open More → My account → Delete account and confirm. We receive the request at once.
By e-mail: write to info@gpa.al from your account's e-mail address and include your username and system (s1, s2 or s3).

Send the request by e-mail

We check that the request comes from the account holder and delete the account within 30 days. We let you know by e-mail when it is done. If it is a sub account of a company, we also inform the main account.

What is deleted

the account (username, e-mail, contact details, password, Face ID keys);
signed-in devices and push notification identifiers;
the settings: groups, places (zones, markers, routes), events and their notifications, drivers, trailers, commands, saved and generated reports, templates, profiles and share links;
the account's sub accounts.

What may be kept

Vehicle location history is deleted automatically after the account's retention period (usually 60 days).
Business records tied to contracts and vehicles, such as rentals, fuel cards, inspections and service history, may be kept as long as the law or the contract requires, and are deleted afterwards.
